The best possible tree/Playhouse I could’ve gotten my son!
I looked for an incredibly long time to find a great play house with all the bells and whistles for my son.Ultimately I decided on this one and I can’t even begin to tell you how thrilled I am. It’s beautiful, extremely sturdy and safe. The main complaint on this is the overwhelming time it takes to actually build it… I would definitely spend a few extra bucks to have someone assemble it for you, if your interested in saving time and your sanity.I took my husband and my son‘s godfather, both very handy and strong men, approximately three full eight-hour days to complete it.The coolest part by far is how absolutely amazing the customer services. The unbelievably huge boxes arrived a few days before we were set to start building it and we quickly noticed that there was a very large missing board. Basically, we couldn’t continue to build it without this piece. My husband made one quick called customer service and explain to her that this was for my son‘s birthday which is coming up soon and we’re really hoping to get it built by then. The absolutely lovely woman he spoke with did us an incredibly huge solid and overnighted the board so that we could resume work the following day.She definitely didn’t have to do that and it was really sweet and kind for her to be so considerate…We definitely have been able to build it before my son’s birthday and he is absolutely in love!I’m in love too, if I do say so myself… It’s the place/treehouse that every little kid dreams of.Next step is putting on some super cute little solar porch lights and getting a cool plaque as well as some furniture :)5/5 all around!

Nice structure, good price
1. Assembled by myself due to coronavirus social distancing. Took about 7 days2. Started by unpacking all 4 boxes and placing all the indexed parts in the same general location. Is there still searching involved? Yes, but if you don’t do this 1st it will only take you even longer to find the parts.3. A couple holes in the lumber were in the wrong place. Yes, I tripled checked that the piece was in the proper orientation and facing the correct direction. Easily fixed, with a drill but it had me scratching my head for a few minutes.4. The tunnel IS NOT fun to install, especially by yourself. Unroll it ahead of time and let it heat up in the sun. Leave the retaining pieces loose so the tunnel side ends can slide between the outside of the tunnel floor. Didn’t figure this out until I used the paper instructions AND the electronic app.4. The cedar is very soft and will compress easily when you crank the assembly hardware down. Don’t overdo it! Drill a pilot hole if the pre-drilled doesn’t look adequate.5. Would have preferred a tube slide, but a model with one wasn’t available. Seems like a lot of parents were buying play structures for the long corona virus summer ahead of us. The included slide is manufactured thinner than the play structure we were replacing. This is the same manufacturer as our last. We considered using the old one which was a lot more durable, but this one seems fine.6. There is ALOT of hardware, and there is leftover hardware when you are done. Would be nice if they told you how many are spares so you know you didn’t forget a piece somewhere.7. During assembly it seems really wobbly but when you are done it feels secure. I had concerns over how the swing set beams are secure by these tiny little steel angle brackets but then structure stays put no problem when the kids are going nuts on the swings.8. Should’ve stated this 1st in case you haven’t read this far, but the 1st thing you do is assemble the ladder. I split some wood on the second ladder rung. Drill some small pilot holes in that sucker!9. Have some wood glue on hand. I used some sparingly in place of “loc-tite” just to ensure some bolts don’t rattle loose.10. Will update periodically when I recall more bits of the assembly process. Did I have fun building it…..for about 1/2 hour and then you are constantly looking at how much lumber you have remaining! 🙂

Well-Designed with Good Instructions – Son Loves It
My son loves his new fort! I initially contemplated designing (or finding plans for) a playground myself and sourcing materials from hardware stores.Ultimately, I’m glad I purchased this instead for a few reasons:- Time to complete: Took somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 days, working intermittently (not 4 eight hour days). As other reviewers have mentioned, removing and sorting your pieces from each carton ahead of time will save you time in the long run. I decided to try to do this in a hybrid way (sorting some and leaving others in the boxes. This meant at times I was spending 15-20 minutes looking for the next piece. Once I organized the pieces, I was able to pick up the pace.- Easy-to-use hardware: rather than relying exclusively on carriage bolts and nuts, this kit has the correct length fasteners and countersinks to provide solid clamping without worrying about excess length to hurt someone.- General design and aesthetics: The two-tone finish is certainly nice as well as a few other touches like the shingled roof and tunnel. Trying to do this with hardware store lumber would be an endeavor not worth the time. Even some smaller items like a bench on the bottom are things that I either would not have thought of or would’ve skipped if I had done this on my own.- Packaging and delivery: As much as I enjoy running to the hardware store 18 times per project, ordering this meant ZERO trips. I was expecting some broken pieces from the shipping process, but was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived in good condition.Overall, while certainly more expensive than sourcing yourself, this is more pleasing to see in the yard and saved me countless hours (perhaps weeks) of building (and even more time from my wife asking when it would be done). I would like to have seen thicker wood used on the planking (and can always upgrade this with a few Trex boards or something similar). Overall, strength and stability appears to be good though. I would purchase again, especially as much as my son loves to play on the features of this set.

Great Purchase, AMAZING Customer Service
I don’t normally write reviews but this company just blew me away so here we go.We got this play set a little over a month ago. My husband put it together with occasional help from my father in law. Construction is definitely tough, don’t get myeloma wrong. I would suggest a team of 3 or 4 people if you plan on getting it done very fast. Definitely lay everything out in an ORGANIZED way and go little by little. Don’t try to rush it.It looks stunning. Our boys absolutely love it. We ordered baby swings because they are still toddlers and they look great.First issue: one piece was missing and one piece was cracked upon arrival. I called customer service, let them know our problems and they sent replacements over to us. Easy process, no charges, no complaints. But that isn’t the amazing part. I would expect that from any company. The amazing part is this: About 4 weeks after it was built, we were hit by an unusually bad storm for our area. Winds were unlike anything I had ever seen and I’ve lived in this area my whole life – after the storm there were trees down, property damage, etc. The wind also picked the entire play set up and knocked it on its back. The top part of the set was pretty banged up. About 20 pieces were damaged and needed to be replaced. The bottom half was (shockingly) in perfect condition. We were pretty upset about an unanticipated additional cost but we were resigned to ordering replacements because our kids love it so much.Well, to my amazement, my husband just called the company to order replacements and they are shipping ALL of the replacement pieces that we need 100% FREE OF CHARGE. Both of us were shocked and SO appreciative. I was already loving the set but the company went above what was needed to help us out without us even asking them to. I couldn’t be happier. For the customer service alone, I would say find a set you like from them and purchase away.

So many warped pieces of wood leading to an unstable structure
So disappointed in the amount of warped wood we received. For example, when trying to do the floor we could not fit all the pieces due to wood being curved and warped. We had to ask our neighbor to use his table saw to cut down some pieces so they would fit. You can see examples of this problem in the photos. We kept running into the same issues over and over -pieces were just not fitting where they were supposed to. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Overall the structure does not feel that stable to me. We are going to find some other way to stabilize it. I will say the instructions were easy to follow using the BILT app which is why I gave one star.

Very nice and the kids love it
This set is very nice. I just assemble it this past weekend with my Dad helping. We completed it in about 18 hours and that includes having to stop every 30 minutes for 10 minutes breaks due to the 96 degree heat. This set is very solid and the kids love it. For those that have mentioned that the instructions were not very clear, I can say that this is not for someone who doesn’t have enough knowledge of reading architectural drawings. You have to assemble this with the pieces that each step calls for. In some cases a drawing may show that a 8 bolts are needed for the step but the drawing clearly only labels 1 set; you have to know that the rest of the same bolt are used in the similar locations throughout. Again, not clearly labels but if you have and understanding of architectural drawings you won’t have a problem. Also, my set came with three set of instructions in three different boxes, however, one set was clearly labeled “USE THIS SET OF INSTRUCTIONS AND DISCARD THE OTHER INSTRUCTIONS”. You can tell this there are some places that were not clear, however, I can understand seeing as how many pieces and steps this takes. Again, if you have good knowledge this won’t be and issue. I certainly will not give a bad review for minor imperfections in the drawings like others having given. Those reviews take away from the fact this once completed, this set is very nice and the kids absolutely love it.

Couldn’t really ask for anything more
The media could not be loaded.
Hard to believe you can find a full playset on Amazon. While my experience is probably closer to 4 stars, I don’t think this massive of an undertaking could ever be perfect. Therefore I’m giving it 5 stars because it did exceed expectations. It arrived in four GIANT boxes and the swing separately. I spent about 90 minutes inventorying everything. Nothing was missing. A few pieces had mild cracks but I didn’t feel like waiting to build it and getting them replaced. The lumber seems to be high quality but light. At first I was nervous it would be flimsy but the final product is very sturdy. It held me, my wife, and my two year old son on the second level without budging. My wife painted everything but the roof and floor. I assembled 99% of it on my own. I know my way around tools but I’m no expert. It took about 3 days total. It’s a lot of pieces and a lot of steps but the manual was surprisingly clear. I was very happy with the instructions. I only had to redo a few steps that I did wrong. Pay careful attention to the orientation of complex pieces. The hardware is surprisingly good as well. I can’t speak to the quality of the metal itself but the whole thing feels quadruple reenforced at every joint.I was nervous it would feel too small but it feels good overall. Adults fit in the swings. I’m 6’0”. The tunnel is very tight for me but I can sit on the second level comfortably with my son.My son absolutely loves it. It’s impossible to pry him off.Overall I’m very satisfied and just wish it wasn’t 95deg on the days I built it.

So many Broken pieces upon delivery
As far as the product goes its not bad but I bought this for my kids expecting to simply assemble and let em have fun, but I came home to open it and begin the building process only to find several broken pieces that added hours of repairs and wood glue and extra bracing so it would be safe for use. Highly upset that I paid so much for this and get it with broken and unrepairable pieces.

Great step by step instructions
The instructions are straightforward. May seem overwhelming by the amount of parts but my wife and I sorted everything in about 2 hours and got 70% of it put together in one weekend. The kids love it and have spent countless hours playing on ot already.

Fantastic playset BUT came with a few headaches
Pros:1. My kids are absolutely in love with this set. It’s much larger then the competition for the price and quite sturdy once fully built.2. Visually stunning. It feels like a high end appearance.3. Parts labeled, even the hardware came individually packed in labeled bags so there was no need to sort out all the types of nuts, bolts, washers and the like (and lord there are alot.)Cons: So assembly of this was a beast. It took me a total of 20 hours split over 3 days to assemble. All the pieces were labeled to correspond with the instructions, BUT I found I had a few pieces mislabeled and I had one piece that was had the pre-drilled holes in the wrong location. Fortunately I have a fair amount of know how going into this project so it was not a big deal to both recognize and address the issues. However I do have an exposed hole on a face piece that does take a bit away from the the clean cut appearance. Fortunately it is on the upper-deck and most likely only the kids will see it and not guests. The instructions left out a few steps that you’ll have to critically think through. Specifically the instructions did not show how to mount the swing joists to the base house. They are secured to the main structure using 2 L brackets. The directions actually shows you how to secure those L brackets to the main structure twice, and in both cases the directions on how to are different. The directions never show how to connect those same L brackets to the swing joists. Fortunately they gave me more then enough hardware that I was able to use 2 lag screws to marry everything together nice, snug and secure. Also, I have a ridiculous amount of hardware left over, which includes bags of bolts and lag screws that were never even opened and never called for in assembly. Also the tunnel portion is quite difficult to manhandle and install solo. It should be mentioned I fully assembled this by myself in this 20 hours without any help. The issues I had are easily fixed with some liquid nail, but the blemish is still there, which is disapointing for brand new out of the box. Also a handful of pieces came warped right out of the box. A little bit of moisture treatment before hand made it soft and pliable enough to assemble with damaging those pieces.Indifferent: While assembling this, it is very flimsy and weak. You feel like you might break or snap off a part. HOWEVER once a section, is fully assembled, especially after the whole thing is complete. It is quite sturdy. I’m 200 lbs, and I had no problem, fear or worry walking the entire structure or standing/sitting/lying on it while constructing. You just need to be aware that this is definitely an engineered design to be strong once finished. So there are times you might feel like it is weak, but that fades immediately after you complete it.Conclusion:The draw backs are all in assembly. If you’re handy and no stranger to tools these wont stop you. But if you struggle with instructions or not very familiar with working with wood I would not buy this. However if you are good with tool, and have a good understanding of wood and are able to figure out instructions that are about 98% complete, requiring you to make some on the fly decisions and critically think through some issues that are really minor once its all done, I HIGHLY recommend this product. As I said the only bad part is assembly. Once assembled my kids absolutely love it. I’ve also reached out to back yard discovery as well to let them know of my issues.

Not all there
Does anything else matter when it’s not all there? Seriously? Sturdy, value, assembly.Sturdy: Who knows when you can’t put it together. Value: couldn’t say, it can’t be used.Assembly: not possible.Ordered this item 3 weeks ago(11/25), it was 20 miles from my house for 9 days(12/6), then finally delivered today(12/15)…..almost….4 of 5 boxes received. Nothing left on the truck, I checked.Called customer service 1: order all over again and wait another month or contact manufacturer.Spoke to supervisor call 2: gets manufacturer on the line, they each blame each other and offer no solution, then manufacturer hangs up.Call number 3: item may or may not be delivered in the next 7 business days(12/24-xmas eve). This is a xmas gift that is now a 7 foot by 3 foot section in my garage that is utterly useless. So not only am I out $2500 but also the focal point of my kids xmas.I blame everyone, Amazon took my money, gave most of it to the manufacturer who gave part of it to the delivery service who delivery 4/5ths of my product. Yet, they all blame each other, however, me and my kids are the ones who lose out.Do yourself a favor, if you must have a set from this manufacturer, go pick it up at a physical store yourself. Rent a truck if you must, you will thank me xmas morning that you didn’t have to go through this.Go else where or risk this result….it’s too late for my family.

Missing slide
Got this today, delayed might I add. We are trying our best to get it up for Christmas morning, now a day behind, only to find that there’s no slide. We noticed immediately that it says there are supposed to be 5 boxes but we only had 4. How do we explain this to our five year old?

A lot to assemble but very worth it!
Our daughter loves it! The set is very solid and during assembly was supporting two men in the upper clubhouse and deck. The assembly took our family team of 3-4 people about 15 hours not including the time we took to lay out all the wood and hardware. It definitely takes time to put together and you have to pay close attention to the instructions but so worth it in the end. We are very happy with it!!!

Big, nice design, lots, lots of parts, our little one loves it.
This is a great play-set. It took a several days to build. Couple of things that I wish could have been done differently by the manufacturer: 1. Pieces/Parts are stamped with black ink with the part number, this I guess happens prior to getting a coat of stain. The part numbers become illegible in a lot of pieces. 2. You get two instruction booklets. Our two versions did not match each other. Believe me you need both instruction booklets, so it would have been helpful if both were identical.

Not bad when it’s done but packaging and directions need a lot of work
Over when it’s done it’s nice but the directions and packing are a pain in the —. The parts are not marked well and each step your looking for parts out of all 4 boxes instead of working out of one box at a time. One of the steps called for 12 of the same board and those 12 boards were mixed through 3 boxes.

Very poor instructions and takes days to assemble
This arrived in four separate heavy boxes that were busted open and taped closed in multiple places. Fortunately nothing inside was damaged. All four boxes had to be opened to find instructions since the boxes didn’t indicate which box they were in. It took 40 hours to assemble with me and my wife. There is a number on the box to call to have someone come assemble, but not on the website when ordering. I would have at least checked on the price of assembly if on the website. The instructions were the worst I’ve ever seen.

It is a very nice design, nicely crafted but with poor quality materials.
The wood is very light and breaks very easily. Many wood pieces cracked while the little house was being put together and was lying under the sun and heat of Texas. After it was put together, the whole structure does not support a lot of weight, kids over 60 pounds would easily break everything apart with every day use.Not worth the money! Neither the time and effort to put it together.

Play house nightmare
OMG THIS THING TOOK 2 guys 6 days to put together. Piece by piece every little screw. You had better have patience and a hole lot of money to pay the guy to do it. It’s like building a house. It’s a little flimsy for any large child to play on but a small child is good. IT CAME WITH NO SLIDE. and was suppose to….NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET ONE…WHO TO CALL ETC. THAT’S A REAL PAIN & I HAVE TO CALL BACK the GUY TO PUT THE SLIDE IN. I’m sure it will be up there for years to come. We will have to see how it weathers.

One million pieces
I’m sure this will be amazing for my daughter and last a long time. However, it was delivered in one million pieces and the pictures attached are after 6-7 hours of putting this thing together. Had assembly been offered I would have paid an absurd amount of money for someone else to do this. Thank goodness I have a patient husband, brother in law, and nephews.

Not too bad to assemble if you set yourself up to succeed.
Great swing set. Not as bad to assemble as some have said. It took 2 full weekends. The most time consuming part was finding the parts for each step. I’d recommend spending time before you start the build separating parts into piles of the same part.

Bought used
I bought this play set used from a seller about thirty minutes away from me. I estimate this play set being about five years old. Let me just say that if care is taken during disassembly, I would have no issue buying one that has been properly cared for.I had a 5’x10’ trailer. It took me two trips to haul everything since we kept it in big pieces. When we showed up to load it, the seller already had the slide, tunnel, deck, and swings on the ground. We fastened two 2x6s underneath the second story and lifted that off as one piece (seller’s idea) once it was unbolted. And that was with me (31yo), the seller (80 yo), and two middle aged guys, one on each corner. It was a breeze.Once we got home with both loads, I set 6 concrete pavers with correct outside to outside measurements, squared them diagonally, and dug them out to the proper height using a Bosch laser level. Then the fun began! We set the main base and disassembled the second story down to the floor. Got the supports plumb and ratcheted everything tight with the impact. Then my wife and I lifted the second story floor into place and bolted the deck and railing into place. After that I put up three walls on top and had my wife and mother in law hand me the assembled roof. Added the fourth wall, bolted the roof down, then attached the rock climbing ladder to the tunnel on the ground. After that we lifted up the tunnel on one end and bolted it to the main structure. Set four more pavers under the rock climbing ladder, got everything sitting level, and ratcheted on tight. Then added the swings, ladder, and railing. The seller was kind enough to put the hardware in zip lock bags labeled by deck, railing, tunnel, house, and spares. That helped a lot. All in all we had about 7 hours building it. It helps when things are labeled correctly and you’re assembling in big sections! This play set is sturdy and our girls love it! Now all I have to do is spray it with Thompson’s water seal and go to Home Depot for one long bolt that was missing. The end result is impressive. We could not be more happy with our purchase!

Priceless🥰
I bought this exact set when my oldest(who is now 17 years old) was around 2-3 years old…..that means we have had it for around 15 years. We actually moved houses(2 hour drive) about 3-4 years after we put up this set….and took it apart in sections and moved it to our new house! It’s just now started to show its age and needing a lot of boards replaced. We have totally gotten our money out of it. And honestly, I feel like if I had sprayed it with a sealant every few years, it would have lasted longer. I’m actually looking at purchasing another one because we have a 7 year old that loves playing on it, as it’s actually an addition to a larger tree house. I was surprised to see the exact same one still available since we bought it so long ago.Definitely worth every penny! It is made to last! Lots of memories made with it.Only downfall….I remember it being a beast to put together😆

Multiple Issues (see pictures)
Updated Review:The manufacturer’s customer service was AMAZING! They wasted no time sending the replacement parts and took care of us fast. I highly recommend this manufacturer and products.First Review:Amazon requires the entire swing set be returned for the attached issues. I reached out directly to the customer service of the manufacturer and I’m waiting for a reply. The customer service person from the phone said they will send replacement parts with picture proof of issues. Multiple prices cracked/split, multiple unsafe wood knot holes my child could get hurt on, “mold” and missing paint on a few pieces and the slide has two areas of damage my child could get hurt on. To be honest if the damaged pieces are replaced, I would recommend this swing set, as it is a good price for what it is however, a picture is worth a thousand words. I will update my review if the manufacturer replaces parts like the customer service person said they would with the pictures I sent. The instructions were easy to read but, building the outside balcony before the inside floor made it difficult to build the inside floor.

I have two gorilla sets and they are strong and sturdy. I ordered this set from Backyard Discovery because I liked the features and thought it would be a neat addition to what we have. But the boards are so thin. I am not comfortable with the bending and I am not sure this is going to hold up that long. My husband is devising ways to add support to certain areas. It’s a pretty set, but I won’t buy a set from them in the future, and or recommend them to friends for their children…

Great playground set up
A little hard to put together due to all the different bolt sizes but all together it’s a great play set. We decided to paint all the dark brown pieces black and made some more study stakes for in the ground. It’s sturdy, we just don’t trust the wind.Only gave 4 stars because the bolts were kind of silly to have so many different sizes, just unnecessary and the stakes could be better for how big this thing is!We aren’t completely finished with some things in picture (the fencing and crawl tunnel)

Separate all the pieces and take your time
Let me start by saying my kids love this playground. It wAs an easy transaction they Amazon we ordered and receive it in about 8 days. The process of putting it together was straight forward. Some people have said to use the app but I preferred the paper instructions. It does help to take the time to separate all the pieces and put them together. One of the biggest things is toMake sure you have each piece in the correct orientation. Otherwise you will Find yourself redoing some of the construction. It took me about three weekends mostly myself with minimal help put it together. It is a nice set but makes a ton of creaks and cracks when the kids are playing on it. Nothing has broken as of yet though and it has been two months. We did have a few damaged pieces in the box and the vendor was very quick to get the replacement parts out. Make sure you keep the manual after assembly so you have all the part numbers. Overall I would consider this unit a good buy. My only dislike is all the noise the wood makes but like I said nothing has broken as of yet. I gave it four stars due to the noise and four stars due to the orientation of each panel not being clear.

The Kids Love It – If You’re Not Handy Call a Friend That Is
We received the 4 boxes and slide in excellent condition. The first thing one should do is take every piece out the box and line arrange it all Alphabetically-Numerically. This will make your life a lot easier. Pay close attention to the placement of all the pre-drilled holes while assembling. If you make a mistake far down the line it’s not difficult just to drill out a new hole and make it do. After finishing our build three of days we customized it for the kids. Of course that throws it out of warrantee but who cares… Make sure to coat it completely with deck seal and or stain & seal to your liking. Great product for the money. The non-5-star reviews here are solely based on putting it together. It’s really not difficult, but if it is for you then just hire someone else to do it and don’t complain. Your children will love you for it.

Great product!
It is a very well built playset with alot of parts to sort through, although the instuction could have been a little more detailed. The one thing I would recommend is to check all wood peices good some are warped and you have to make sure to put them on a so not the Crack the wood. But all in all would recommend 10/10

Amazing value! Perfect set
My husband just completed our play set and the kids and neighbors love it! My husband is definitely handy, put it together in about 20 hours total with a little help 1/4 of that time. Great size for our boys to grow into and play for at least 7 years! Very impressed with the quality and had great delivery service! We purchased a telescope to add on and can’t wait for hours and hours of fun!!

Long build but worth it
The quality is fantastic. It was a lot of work to build, but the finished product is wonderful. You couldn’t buy the wood to build your own for the price! Kids love it and also helped us build it too

Worth it- but lots of work, but beautiful and sturdy
This is a really really nice play set…. looks great, very legit. But it takes a while to put together. It is not shipped in sections unfortunately. It comes in pieces of boards and a million screws. It took my husband and I about 5 days… but we did not work all day long. We had rain and small children. And luckily my husband it very familiar with building houses and carpentry. I would have been lost! You for sure need two people to assemble. As for the wood 90% of the holes created were accurate and one board broke when I sat it down but thankfully it did not effect it. All the hardware is quality and solid.CHECK FOR HOLE ORENTAION before putting up planks. Trust me. And you have to work from all boxes. So open all of them up and pull out all boards and arrange them by there letter and number. Makes everything go by faster.I added the telescope on as an after purchase. All in all now that it is set up i think it’s worth it and I would buy again.

Upfront Prep and Organization a Must!
We assembled this swing set this past weekend. It took us approximately 15 hours. My husband thought it was well engineered and the instructions were easy to follow. HOWEVER, I would like to pass on some advise that helped us keep our sanity. Do your homework before starting to assemble. The wood pieces come in four boxes in no logical order. You will receive a table of contents sheet for each box. We assigned each box a color, then highlighted the pieces for each assembly step with the appropriate box color. You get two sets of instructions, highlight both sets. Make sure when you unload the boxes, keep all the box content together. Optimal set up – at least 3 people, two cordless drills ( with extra batteries); multiple measuring tapes, marker or pen and zip lock sandwich bags. Two people can start construction while one person pulls the parts and hardware (zip lock bag) for each step and lays them out in piles in step order. A measuring tape is essential for the person pulling the parts as the alpha-numeric codes on the pieces with dark stain are not or barely visible. Once identified write the code on the part for the builders. Trust me the upfront work will payoff big time! I am sure there is an even better method for assembly, but this worked for us. We were missing a few nonessential parts and I dealt directly with the manufacturer, their customer service was great. They FedEx-ed me the parts and I had them the next day. Finished product is awesome and our grand-daughter loves it!

Hope you have some time on your hands…
First this is an excellent playset. It’s well designed, quality parts and it goes together well with the supplied instructions. The added access to the app helps for a couple gray areas like attaching the slide. I do wish the swing section was a little longer as the swings are very close to the sides when the kids are swinging. I have a feeling it’s only a matter of time until someone gets a little squirrelly and slams into the side.A few details about putting it together:1. You HAVE to have a screw gun or impact driver. There are a billion fasteners and I don’t think it’s possible to put it together without one.2. Each of the 4 boxes has a contents list. Don’t lose them or mix them up. There are a lot of parts and finding them can be daunting.3. It took me about 35 hours to put it together alone. Having someone to find parts while you are assembling would drastically speed up the process. All in all we are very happy.

Amazing how all the holes are predrilled and align properly. High quality material. Took a long time to put together but worth every second.

Great value
First of all, holy crap! This thing has a lot of pieces. They recommend sorting the pieces (which are # coded) before you begin. Definitely helps with assembly. Directions are better than most, with a few exceptions. Will take 4 people around 10 hours to build. 15 hours if alcohol is envolved. Overall, great product. Don’t be discouraged about the thinner light weight boards. This thing was engineered well to be strong and sturdy after fully assembled. I’m 240 lbs, and it will support me at any spot.

Looks great.
After about 27 hours. It’s all built. Instructions were pretty easy to follow along. Only struggle was the green tunnel. Getting that to sit in there correctly. Otherwise. Would get one again. Our granddaughter loves this play set.
