Akia Screens makes excellent products at affordable prices. This UST / Standard projector floor rising cinewhite screen has great build quality and picture quality. Works best in low light areas and performs amazing in complete darkness. Just keep in mind it’s very heavy so you’ll need two people to lift it and place it, but totally worth the affordable cost. 8/10!!

Love this screen
We were looking for a motorized screen that was not too wide for our living room and this screen was perfect. The colors come out great and the motorized function is the ABSOLUTE BEST PART and you can set it up so that when your projector turns on and off the screen drops and retracts.

Good screen but silly flaw
It’s a decent screen so far but the automatic raising and lowering with projector power is a pain. Very few projectors seems to have a 12v output and the remote has to be tethered to the projector. So a ceiling mounted projector has an inaccessible remote.

Arrived DAMAGED
Im heart broken. Got this for a room I’ve been turning into my theater room and opened it up and its broken. Got a refund instantly but still having it arrive broken when I was so looking forward to using it crushed me. Not okay.

Silent and easy to install!
Great quality, sturdy. Easy to hang and silent as a mouse. The power cord is generously long and blends well with a white ceiling if you’re thinking of running it on the surface. Light enough to be lifted by one person, long enough to make it a two person job to set up. I hung mine with nylon rope and hooks, leveled it and it keeps that way by gravity. The metal case is sturdy and should withstand some sun – drizzle but not direct rain, if you’re thinking about hanging it outside. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the carabiners for hanging provided in the box.

Does not close evenly, makes horrible noises, and constantly opening and closing
I have had this screen for less than a month.It was assembled incorrectly and in the closed state the top cap sits uneven; closed on the left and a 1/4″ gap on the right.The screen is also opening and closing uncommanded multiple times every day.And today the screen has started making terrible loud metallic popping sounds anytime the screen is traveling up or down.UPDATE:The seller/manufacturer sent me instructions to adjust the lower limit that, if I followed them, would void my warranty and would still bot address the uneven closure issue. In the process of following the provided instructions I would have to remove a seal/sticker that says in bold letters, “warranty void if broken or removed”.

Love it but has one flaw
Amazing! Only drawback is that everytime we use it, it won’t roll up all the way until we let it down all the way then take it back up a time or two. Heavy duty screen material, great picture and huuuuge!

Quiet motor, great quality screen.
I love that the back of the screen is painted black, the picture quality is great, the screen itself is wrinkle-free and is quiet to operate. Installing it was super easy.It works best if you roll it down all the way every time you use it, even if you don’t need the full screen.

It was broken
It was supposed to be new. The part to attatch to the wall which is plastic was broken. I did not get to try it. I will look for one that says it as sturdy metal ends for hamging.
