Rocks do not glow outside.
I bought these to add to the white rocks outside on my front walkway. They are pretty during the day, but will not glow at night, even after following the short directions that were included. Could not return due to them already being mixed in with my other garden rocks.

Not accurate as the picture.
These are not as bright as the picture shows. You can see the glow close up from 3 feet away. But from far away you can’t see it glowing.

Not at all, what a picture shows up.
This purchase was a big disappointment. I left the stones in the garden, having enough sun 3 days in a row and I still don’t see any lights. They worked in the house when I turned off the lights, but I don’t see any lights in my garden at night. The stones are plastic and very small, so it’s not visible at a distance at all. The picture doesn’t show what’s in real. I don’t recommend.

Color and brightness fades fast
Maybe not hot enough in my eastern states but brightness fades in a very short time and you can not see them. Would not purchase again.

Beautiful blue during day, subtle glow at night
It’s not a super bright glow, but it definitely glows!!!! Also, some came chipped. But! These pics don’t do it justice. It’s much more vibrant in person. I really am glad I made this purchase. I love them and so do my neighbors.

No glow joe, dumb Joe
To little, not bright, no glow but I did discover after returning items that the pond I was trying to illuminate had muck on the bottom that kept the direct sunlight to penetrate the rocks so that they would glow. The way I discovered this was one had dropped on side of pond and two days later it did glow. My bad

I ordered theses for my wife’s little electric flower display she has in the backyard thinking it would add some more night time color. They do glow somewhat but not as bright as I was hopping for. I would not personally buy them again but others may get a better lot of them then we did.

Nor for use inside fish aquarium.
Does glow but doesn’t last long . Put in fish aquarium and made water turn green. Fish would have died if didn’t move to different tank. So wouldn’t suggest it be used in a fish tank. But very pretty when they glow.

Glows bright but you need several bagsto make an impact
I put these stones in my garden areas I felt they were a value however you need several bags to make an impact. They glowed bright for several months outside before they started to fade. I would buy again in a larger quantity.

Doesn’t glow
I got these to use outside on Halloween. The directions say to use a lamp to activate them, I kept them under a light for almost week & barely got a very dim glow for a few minutes. The only way I could get a glow was to manually hold my phone flashlight a few inches above them for 15minutes, after that my hand got tired. Not a realistic solution.

Impressed!
Bought two bags to try out. Was not sure if these would work or not. To my surprise they did end up glowing a pretty blue. They were not as bright as I would have liked, however I think that is due to the cloudy day we had with not much sun exposure. I am going to be buying more to get a better affect.

Not as described or pictured. I bought the purple rocks. They are advertised as pink in the day and glow purple in the dark. But they just glow a white/light green. There is nothing purple about them. Super disappointed.

Nice Accent to pond
These are exactly what they are described to be. However, they are obviously some kind of plastic that glows in the dark, so the term “glow in the dark rocks” is somewhat misleading. They are lightweight and a little bigger than your thumb nail. They do work. I have about a 10′ X 15′ area of river rock around my pond that just had no color to it, so I sprinkled these (a package of blue and a package of green) all around the rocks and in the pond. At night, with just natural light charging them, they do shine like little stars all around my pond – and in the daytime, the green and blue adds color to my plain rocks.

These plastic rocks have a beautiful blue ambient glow. However, the stones were about half the size they should have been. They would be great for aquariums and as a covering for the soil of a potted plant.

I wish these were more like I envisioned
I read the discription of these “pebbles or rocks” and my mind filled with Glow in the Dark wonder, I left them out in the sun in Sunny Southern California all day and waited eagerly for dark. When the night finally grew dark enough, there was a hint of illumination which was fun but I had planned to out line a walk way or put them on a table around the plates and glasses. saddly, I was underwelmed with this purchase.

Too light for any water current.
Yes, it works, it glows in the dark. These aren’t rock-like pieces. It’s plastic, and it’s very light. I bought these to put them in my water fountain outside. The water current for my fountain is very slow, it’s a trickling effect. When I put the “rocks” in the fountain, they are started to float away. There’s no weight to them to make them stay in place. That’s the only downside.
