Great value
Very pleased w/ this set. It took about 3 hours for my husband & son to put together. Looks very nice & enjoying the gas fire place. The glass seems to clean better if you spray cleaner on a paper towel and then wipe instead of spraying directly on the tables. The fire pit came w/ anice cover. I did purchase a cover for the furniture.

Great patio furniture with fire table.
This 6 piece set is absolutely beautiful!! I have been looking for months trying to find furniture for our small patio, and this set is not only the right size, but so comfy and very nice quality, especially for the price! The memory foam seat cushion and back pillow are pretty comfortable and the Back height is enough for us.

Great Value, Beautiful set

I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It’s reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. (see video) You won’t be disappointed.

Great value!
Probably a little big for my space, but I love it! It did come in 3 packages, the order was marked as complete after the second one. Luckily the third package, the fire pit was only a day behind. Instructions were a little confusing, but because of the holes, assembly was pretty easy to figure out. Light but sturdy. Cushions are thick and comfy. The biggest problem was some of the feet adjuster bolts fell out, but was able to hot glue them back in.

This set was the perfect addition to our new deck. Buying furniture online is tricky and I had my doubts but I’m so happy I ordered this set as it exceeded my expectations and since the deck is right off my kitchen it looks like an extension of my home, so happy we brought the set. The set does ship in multiple boxes, but this is in the description, everything was packed neatly, and it all survived the Fed-Ex shipment process. The fireplace is stunning and adds the perfect touch to any night for evening parties or gatherings. When it was first put together, I thought it was going to be too low but it’s perfect and you can configure it any way that you like. We can’t wait to use this set with our family and friends. We ordered the 8-piece patio furniture set with fire pit table and it was perfect for our space.

Price and ease of assembly
Just put together which was fairly simple. All parts were included with some extra left over. Delivered at diff times which they said would happen but I think it was only 2-3 days to get all items. I got the 10 piece with fire table and again easy to assemble. Took me about 2 hours. Says it holds 350 lbs and I have a large friend who sat in it and it held. Can use in diff configurations. Only drawback, and I’m being nitpicky here, is I thought the cushions would be a bit more solid. Overall super happy with the set, the price, and comfort level.

Missing pieces, no fire pit and very Damaged
I purchased an 8 piece set with fire pit and I did not receive the firepit which is what I was most excited about. The pieces I did get are scuffed and scratched and terrible looking. There are 2 back chair cushions missing. The directions are terrible and the assembly of just the sofa pieces that I did receive took just over 4 hours with 2 people who are both pretty handy. Extremely disappointed!

Perfect
This is the first set of furniture I have ever ordered off of Amazon so I was a little nervous. Took less than a week to get all of the packages. No missing pieces, no damage, and only took about 3 hours to assemble everything by myself. The only annoying little thing is half of the pieces didn’t have the label on it showing which piece it was, but it was pretty easy to match it to the picture in the guide. Highly recommend.

Reasonably Priced Patio Set
Ordered the Thirteen (13) Piece Patio Set, Shipping was quick(ish) but as some have stated including the Manufacturer, delivery was spread over several days so expect that, there are a total of Seven (7) Boxes.Assembly wasn’t complicated, just time consuming, possibly made to seem worse because of the spread out delivery. The small boxes with the Cushion Covers arrived first, followed by the large box with the Fire Table, then the two (2) large ‘B’ Boxes with Seating Components followed by the two (2) large ‘A’ Boxes for the Seating. Best bet is to wait for the A and B Boxes before starting because some of the Hardware in Box A (Adjustable/Leveling Feet) is needed to complete the Small Tables that are in Box B. Some Seating Components were mislabeled such as a C instead of a G (all but one of the G Components had a C and the actual C Components had no label at all). No worries though, follow the pictures and you’ll be fine. The Directions are vague and are an obvious loose Chinese to English translation, again, no worries, a little staging, separating your Components and Hardware, you’ll be fine.For Assembly, I recommend using a Bench or Table, if you have no access to those, use the large Shipping Boxes as a way to raise the Components to a more favorable working height so you’re not working on the ground. A Ratcheting Allen Key and some Non Metal/Marring Clamps would be helpful if you’re working alone, not an absolute necessity but would be much easier.As some others have stated, the Seating is a pinch low @ 18″ from Floor to Top of Seat Cushion, not terrible but it’s lower than most Seats. The End Tables are 12″ Floor to Glass Top. Those are measurements with the Adjustable Feet all the way in.Installing the Pillows in the Covers is a chore, you won’t like it. The Plastic Clips that fit on the under side that hold the Components together could provide a better, more secure hold but once things are sitting where they’re going to be they probably won’t be moved much.The overall quality of the Patio Set is about spot on for the cost and the County of Origin.

Picture Perfect
Well, the other half started putting it together, only thing left is the firepit table. I am super pleased with this patio set. It was our 1st big purchase together. The quality of this furniture it amazing. The only down fall I have, are the cushions. Some of the corners were smashed in the furniture during packing. I hope it eventually works it way back to normal. I would highly recommended you buying this set.

I love it, except it was missing silicone pieces that are important to screw glasses together for the fire pit. Their instruction emphasizes to add the silicone pieces to the tip of the screw and screwing without it could break the glass. Otherwise it would have given it a 5/5

Product is really decent for price , will see how it holds up!
Product was delivered in three phases, furniture in about three days after order, then the fire pit was a couple days later. Put it all together and found the cushion covers was not delivered. Sent email to seller and they responded a day later to tell me to please be patient and allow one more day for delivery. It did come within 2 more days. For the price it is decent and really pleased with it. I had one of the rubber grommets for the glass was missing but cut a piece down out of cork. I couldn’t give it a 5 for this reason, but am pleased with the response and product

I liked that this was fairly simple to assemble. Did not like that the cushions absorbed all rainwater on the first night and took days to dry out. Cushion covers are not waterproof

There are way better sets out there. These pieces are very flimsy and the cushions do not stay put. For the back pillows, the placing of the Velcro to tighten them is way too loose so they also move. The picture looks way better than the product is.

The sectional is exactly as described, and it is the quality. Will be perfect for a smaller space. Just wish we’d bought a bigger size. As in bigger chairs and thicker cushions.We have not used the fire pit table, but it is very nice. The extra end table is sweet, too.

Overall satisfied but there are some exceptions
First of all, It came in 7 boxes; the fire pit table, 6 piece box A,B and C…and then the tracking said it was complete and this review was requested. Problem was I purchased a 13 piece set and all I had was 7 pieces. I initiated an issue with the order and they then told me another 6 piece set was coming in a couple days. Well that did happen but how weird to “close out” the order with tracking and request a review with 6 pieces still in shipping?The furniture is OK but they seriously got the feet wrong when they reverse engineered them. Or should I say they did a great job of reverse engineering them as the molded feet bracket was designed backwards. It’s hard to explain, but the feet were supposed to be adjustable I’m assuming which would have required a captured nut on the top side of the feet bracket which the threaded feet would have screwed into, a nut between the foot and the bracket would have allowed you to adjust and tighten/capture the foot in place onto the bracket. Instead they give you a foot with a short threaded part to which you screw into a captured nut on the OUTSIDE of the bracket… There is nothing to hold the foot in place and it is not adjustable! I plan to order longer feet from another source and redo them but mind you there are 48 feet that need to be addressed, 4 for 12 of the parts! Very annoying!

Great set for the price, but beware of fabric fading
We really love this set! It’s light but sturdy, and we love all the different seating options. Fire table works awesome! It was easy enough to put together, but definitely goes much faster with a cordless if you have the right bit. My only complaint would be the fabric. We purchased the dark grey, and began to notice really significant fading witting a week. I reached out to the company and asked if we could get lighter colored covers for the cushions as a resolution, with the hopes they won’t show as much fading. The company sent us new light grey covers for free. To be honest I actually like them better! Hoping the color holds up. Overall no regrets buying this set! The price for what you get is pretty unbeatable.

Love how this looks in my gazebo! Very classy look and easy to lift to rearrange. The fire pit is my favorite part! Looks great at night. Only critique I have is the leg plugs on the bottom are not made very well. They tend to slide out when rearranging. Overall very happy for the value!

In all my years of shopping I do not think I have ever had a purchase run as smooth and such AWESOME customer service. First off the product was not suppose to be here for like two weeks but then it came in less than a week. They communicated with me when the product shipped that the covers were coming in a separate package which was good to know ahead of time. The products were not too difficult to put together (my husband did not complain at all) so that was a big plus!! After the product was together I loved it that much I wish I would have gotten the larger set and really wanted another fire table so I contacted them and they went above and beyond again in customer service to get me the extra pieces I wanted!!! The product is so beautiful and the customer service is just above and beyond!! I would and will be buying from them again.

I was thinking to wait til I had this for a bit before reviewing, but I want to tell you that a lot of the reviews about it not having stuff are flat out false.This came with everything you’d want.Backrest cushions affix to the couch, the fire pit has a metal cover to turn it into a table, there’s a glass wind protector for the fire, there’s a table cover, there are even section connectors included. Oh AND the propane tank sits inside the table.100% recommend you buy this.It feels sturdy enough thus far. It’s not a $3k piece of furniture, but it’s a lot better than an $800 piece of furniture.
